Our team manages the hotline and technical assistance for all our equipments and reagents. This service is free, unlimited and immediate.

 

Our customer service takes action in the field as soon as possible. If an equipment needs to be returned to the workshop, another equipment will be lent to make sure that you will be able to keep carrying your analyses.

 

Since 2015, a new control and calibration certified service for thermocyclers, Fluorocycler® 12 and Twincubator has been settled to meet regulatory needs and laboratories certifications.
